Two Arrested for Drug Related Charges

On Monday August 14, 2023, members Jackson County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit and Hollywood Police Department went to a residence on Mitchell Drive in Hollywood, AL. to address a complaint of possible drug activity. Upon arriving at the residence, Agents/Officers smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from inside the residence. A search warrant was obtained and executed, after which Agents/Officers located, marijuana, marijuana edibles, a firearm, ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and controlled pills.

Arrested in connection with this investigation were:

Sebastian Zane GRIDER age 28 of Hollywood, AL. who was charged with Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance schedule for and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sebastian GRIDER was booked into the Jackson County Jail and later released on $5,500 bond.

Roy Mark GRIDER age 54 of Scottsboro, AL. who was charged with Loitering in a Drug House. Roy GRIDER was booked into the Jackson County Jail and later released on $500 bond.
